食管癌手术患者临床护理路径对其健康知识及术后康复的影响

目的:分析临床护理路径应用于食管癌手术患者护理中对其健康知识及术后康复的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2013年1月至2017年1月期间收治的30例食管癌根治术患者的临床资料,根据双盲法将其分为研究组15例与对照组15例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予临床护理路径;对比两组食管癌根治术患者的护理满意度、术后恢复状况以及健康知识得分。结果:与对照组相比较而言,研究组15例食管癌手术患者的护理满意度、术后恢复状况以及健康知识得分明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径应用于食管癌手术患者护理中的临床效果十分显著,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

objective: to analysis the clinical nursing pathway used in patients with esophageal cancer surgery nursing effects on their health knowledge and postoperative rehabilitation. Methods: Retrospective analysis of our hospital between January 2013 and January 2017 admitted during the period of the clinical data of 30 patients with esophageal cancer radical, according to the double blind method divided into 15 cases of 15 cases with the control group. The control group given routine nursing care, the team give clinical nursing path; Comparison of the two groups of patients with esophageal cancer radical satisfaction with nursing care, postoperative recovery and health knowledge score. Results: compared with control group, the team of 15 cases of esophageal cancer surgery patients satisfaction with nursing care, postoperative recovery and scored significantly better health knowledge, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: clinical nursing path used in esophageal cancer surgery patient care in clinical effect is remarkable, is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
