浅谈妊娠高血压并发HELLP综合征的护理

目的:探讨妊娠高血压综合征合并hellp综合征的护理,HELLP综合征指的是一种非常少见且很严重的妊娠高血压综合征而引起的并发症,[方法]对我院收治的两例妊娠高血压综合征合并hellp综合征的孕产妇进行积极的护理工作,根据病人的临床表现及护理效果,总结经验教训。[结果]临床上的表现主要是恶心呕吐、肝区疼痛、还有全身乏力及出血等症状,而且临床上经常把它诊断成胆囊炎或者是传染性肝炎,形成误诊,这是很危险的。[结论]浅谈HELLP综合征的护理情况,从而减少其发病率并且降低该病情的死亡率。妊娠高血压综合征合并hellp综合征是严重的妊娠期并发症,需要引起足够的重视,护理工作更要积极到位,不断健全完善。

Pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome complicated with hellp syndrome is a serious pregnancy complications, need to cause enough attention, nursing work more actively in place, to continuously improve.
