综合护理干预对耳鼻喉手术术后疼痛的影响

目的:探索综合干预对耳鼻喉手术术后疼痛的影响;方法:选取2015年2月-2016年4月在我院接受耳鼻喉手术的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度及护理满意度;结果:观察组与对照组术后1天疼痛程度无统计学差异,P>0.05,术后2天、4天、6天,观察组疼痛程度明显优于对照组,P<0.05,观察组护理满度明显优于对照组,P<0.05;结论:综合护理干预对耳鼻喉术后患者疼痛干预具有良好的临床效果,值得借鉴。

objective:to explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on postoperative pain ent surgery; Method:selection in February 2015-April 2016 in our hospital ent surgery in 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, compared two groups of patients with postoperative pain degree and nursing satisfaction; Results:observation group and control group 1 day after the pain degree of no statistical difference, P > 0.05, 2 days, 4 days, 6 days postoperatively, pain degree of observation group was obviously better than control group, P < 0.05, care full observation group was obviously better than control group, P < 0.05; Conclusion:comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain in patients with ent intervention has good clinical effect, is worth using for reference.
