摘要
目的:探讨高场强磁共振手术的患者和医护人员的安全管理方法,确保手术的顺利进行。方法:对手术相关人员进行安全培训。患者在进入手术室前,接受磁共振安全询问。扫描前认真核对、履行安全检查表。结果:291例手术均顺利进行,确保人员安全,无意外发生。结论:有效的安全管理方法,可以保证使用高场强术中磁共振系统的医护人员和患者的安全。
Objective:to study the high field strength mri surgery patients and medical staff safety management methods. To ensure the operation smoothly. Methods:the safety training for staff safety questions. Before entering surgery, patients with magnetic resonance(NMR) safety questions. Scanning should be carefully checked before, to fulfill safety checklist. Results:all 291 cases of surgery smoothly to ensure safety, no accident. Conclusion:effective safety management method, can guarantee a high field intensity in magnetic resonance(NMR) system of the safety of the medical staff and patients.
