三级综合医院护理人员针刺伤发生情况分析

目的:探讨临床工作中护理人员针刺伤发生情况。方法:对我院护理人员81例针刺伤情况进行统计分析。结果:针刺伤主要发生在各项护理操作中和操作后,主要分布科室有:急诊科、住院病房、手术室、重症医学科、门诊抽血室,主要原因有拔针、静脉穿刺、整理和清理医疗废物、他人触碰引起的扎伤以及仪器故障等。结论:护士针刺伤发生率较高,需要加强相关培训,提高防护观念、减少血性传播疾病的职业危害。
