枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒降低经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后结石复发危险性的研究

目的:评估枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒降低经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后患者双J管附壁结石及结石复发率的效果。方法:选择2014年5月~2015年5月在我院因输尿管结石行经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术并常规放置双J管的患者128例纳入研究,按是否应用枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒治疗,10g/天,分3次饭后服用,疗程3个月;对照组不加用任何药物。分别比较两组患者术后两周双J管附壁结石发生率及1年内结石复发率。结果:发生管壁附着结晶治疗组显著低于对照组(1.5%vs 11.1%,P<0.05)。1年内结石复发率治疗组显著低于对照组(4.8%vs 29.3%,P<0.05)。结论:枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒剂可显著降低钬激光碎石术后双J管附壁结石发生率及结石复发率。

Objective:To evaluate Potassium Sodium Hydrogen Citrate Graunles reduced the holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with double J tube wall effect calculi recurrence. Methods:May 2014 May ~2015 in our hospital due to ureteral calculi treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and 128 cases of routine placement of double J tube were included in the study, according to whether the application of Potassium Sodium Hydrogen Citrate Graunles is divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Potassium Sodium Hydrogen Citrate Graunles 10 g/treatment, 3 times a day, after meals, for 3 months; the control group without any drug. The incidence rate of mural stone and recurrence rate were compared between two groups after two weeks and 1 weeks after operation, respectively. Results:The treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(0.05 vs 11.1%, P < 1.5%). 1 year recurrence rate of stones in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.8% vs 29.3%, P < 0.05). Conclusion:Potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granules can significantly reduce the incidence of stones attached to the wall and the recurrence rate of double J tube after holmium laser lithotripsy.
