医护联合动态评估在精神科病房的实践及效果

目的:探讨医护联合对患者综合信息动态评估在精神科病房实施效果。方法:取2015年3月~2016年3北京回龙观医院两个环境设施、人员配置相同的病区,设研究组和对照组,研究组采用医护联合对患者综合信息动态评估,对照组采用常规早交班形式,对住院患者进行评估,观察两组患者及家属满意度、意外事件、躯体疾病发生等情况。结果:研究组护理服务总体满意度评分显著增高(p<0.01),意外事件及躯体疾病发生均显著下降,与对照组比较有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论:医护联合对患者综合信息评估模式,建立了和谐的医护关系,提高了患者和家属对护理工作的满意度,也提高了护士对患者病情观察能力及对疾病发展的预见性,从而有效地预防和减少患者躯体疾病的发生、发展,减少意外事件的发生,提升了护士的综合素质。

Objective:To investigate the implementation effect of joint medical and nursing care on the dynamic assessment in psychiatric wards. Method:Two wards with identical environmental facilities and staffing were chosen as experimental group and control group from March 2015 to March 2016. The experimental group adopted joint medical and nursing care to evaluate the patient conditions dynamically. The control group obtained the patient’s information, family satisfaction, accidents, and physical disease by early morning shift. Results:The satisfaction score of experimental group has been improved significantly(p < 0.01). The occurrence rate of accidents and physical disease have been decreased. Large differences were identified between two groups. Conclusion:Joint medical and nursing care on the evaluation of patient’s comprehensive condition has established a harmonious relationship between the doctor and the nurse, improved patient and family satisfaction on medical care, and further improve the ability of nurses to understand the patients’ condition and anticipate the disease progression. Moreover, the incidents and physical illness of patients were reduced and prevent effectively. The nursing quality have been improved dramatically overall.
