60宗赔偿案例医患纠纷原因分析与应对措施

目的:为妥善处理医患纠纷,分析该院2014-2016年发生医患纠纷赔偿的60宗案例产生的原因、特点和防范途径,为构建和谐的医患关系,多方面采取措施,防范医疗纠纷的发生。方法:查阅登记在案的赔偿纠纷案例进行分析医患纠纷发生的原因。结果:发生医患纠纷赔偿原因,与医院、患方、社会3方面有关。结论:我院60宗赔偿纠纷以骨科、妇产科、普外科、泌尿外科等手术高风险科室发生医患纠纷为多,为降低医患纠纷发生率,增进医患双方的沟通,强化医务人员告知义务,减少医疗事故数量,完善解决机制,维护医患双方的合法权益,更好的服务于人类。

Objective: to properly handle disputes, reasons, analysis of the hospital 2014-2016 medical disputes for 60 cases of characteristics and prevention ways, in order to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, take various measures to prevent the occurrence of medical disputes. Methods: To review the cases of disputes over the registration of compensation cases to analyze the reasons for the occurrence of disputes between doctors and patients. Results: the causes of disputes between doctors and patients, and the hospital, the affected side, the 3 aspects of the community. Conclusion: in our hospital 60 cases of compensation disputes in the Department of orthopedics, obstetrics and Gynecology, Department of general surgery, Department of Urology and surgery in high risk departments for medical disputes, in order to reduce the incidence of medical disputes, improve doctor-patient communication, strengthen medical personnel obligation, reduce medical accidents, improve the settlement mechanism, safeguard the legal rights of both sides, the better service to mankind.
