肾结石微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗围手术期护理

目的:对肾结石微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗围手术期护理进行研究。方法:选取我院2015年5月-2016年5月肾结石患者56例,对患者使用微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术进行治疗,对患者围手术期进行护理,对患者的治疗效果和并发症等进行观察。结果:此次研究中56例患者中有48例患者的结石情况全部消失,8例患者的结石情况明显得到改善,并且患者的平均住院时间明显减少,手术后均无并发症和感染情况。结论:对肾结石患者使用微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的临床效果较好,在患者围手术期进行对其进行护理,可以提高患者的治疗效果,并且减少患者并发症发生,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective: To study the perioperative nursing of minimally invasive percutaneous renal lithotripsy with holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of renal calculi. Methods: in our hospital from May 2015 May-2016 year in patients with kidney stones in 56 cases, the patients using minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment, nursing of perioperative patients, the treatment effect of patients and complications were observed. Results: in this study 56 patients with calculi in all 48 cases disappeared, 8 cases of patients with gallstone significantly improved, and significantly reduce the average hospitalization time of patients after surgery, complications and infection. Conclusion: for patients with renal calculi with minimally invasive clinical therapeutic effect of percutaneous holmium laser lithotripsy is better, in the nursing care of patients with perioperative, can improve the treatment effect of the patients, and reduce the incidence of complications, is worthy of promotion and use.
