关于ICU护理中持续性人文关怀理念的实施效果评价

目的:探究持续性人文关怀护理对ICU患者的治疗效果的影响。方法:选择我院2014年1月-2015年12月收治的172例ICU重症监护室住院治疗患者,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者均给予ICU常规护理,观察组患者采用持续性人文关怀护理,在一个疗程治疗后,比较两组患者的临床疗效及满意度调查。结果:观察组患者的治愈率为72.09%,治疗总有效率为95.35%,对照组患者的治愈率为48.83%,治疗总有效率为88.37%,观察组组患者的治愈率和治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义;对照组满意度为87.21%,观察组满意度96.51%,观察组患者的满意度显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:持续性人文关怀护理在ICU患者的临床治疗中有效提高患者的治疗效率,缓解患者的不良情绪,了解治疗方法及进程,使患者积极配合医护人员的治疗,提高患者的临床治疗效果,缩短患者的住院时间,提升医院满意度,对于患者的治疗及康复起着重要作用。

objective: to explore humanistic nursing care in a persistent effect on the treatment effect of ICU patients. Methods: from January 2014-December 2015 treated 172 cases of ICU intensive care in the hospital patients, patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients were given the ICU routine nursing care, nursing, the observation group were treated by continuous humanistic care after a course of treatment, and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients satisfaction survey. Results: the cure rate was 72.09%, the observation group of patients treatment the total effective rate was 95.35%, the control group the cure rate of patients was 48.83%, the total effective rate was 88.37%, observe the way the cure rate and total effective treatment of patients was obviously higher than that of control group(P < 0.01), statistically significant; Control group satisfaction was 87.21%, 96.51% satisfaction observation group, observation group of patients satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group patients(P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: sustainability of humanistic care in the clinical treatment of patients with ICU nursing effectively improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients with, alleviate the patient’s bad mood, understand the process and treatment, and make the patients cooperate with the treatment of medical staff, improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, shorten the hospitalization time of patients and improve hospital satisfaction, play an important role for treatment and rehabilitation of patients.
