持续性的人文关怀理念在ICU护理中的应用效果分析

目的:对ICU护理中持续性的人文关怀理念应用效果进行深入分析和探讨。方法:收集我院2015年收治的65例ICU患者作为A组,对患者进行常规的护理干预,收集我院2016年收治的65例ICU患者作为B组,对患者在护理的过程中应用持续性的人文关怀理念,然后对两组患者的护理满意程度进行对比分析,同时对本院的40名医生进行问卷调查,对比医生对常规护理干预和持续性的人文关怀护理干预的满意程度。结果:A组患者对护理总满意率是86.15%;B组患者对护理总满意率是98.46%。B组患者对护理的满意程度明显大于A组患者。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医生对常规护理干预非总满意率是82.50%;医生对人文关怀护理干预总满意率是100.00%。医生对人文关怀护理干预的满意程度明显大于医生对常规护理干预的满意程度。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续性的人文关怀理念在ICU护理中有良好的应用效果,可以十分有效地提高患者对护理的满意程度,从而更好地配合医疗护理行为,促进患者的病情好转,对患者非常有利,可以进行临床推广应用。

Objective: to sustainability of humanistic care in the ICU nursing concept application effects of the in-depth analysis and discussion.Methods: collection of 65 ICU patients admitted in our hospital in 2015 as A group, routine nursing intervention on the patients, collection of 65 ICU patients admitted in our hospital in 2016 as group B, the application in the process of nursing the patients with persistent humanism philosophy, and then comparing the two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care, at the same time for our study was conducted in 40 doctors, doctor compared to conventional nursing intervention and the sustainability of human care satisfaction with nursing intervention.Results: in group A patients to nursing total satisfaction rate is 86.15%; Group B patients to nursing total satisfaction rate is 98.46%. Group B patients to nursing satisfaction significantly greater than A group of patients. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The doctor for routine nursing intervention of total satisfaction rate is 82.50%; The doctor to the humanistic care nursing intervention total satisfaction rate is 100.00%. Doctor of humanistic care nursing satisfaction significantly greater than the doctor for routine nursing satisfaction. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: sustainability concept of humanism in the ICU nursing has the good application effect, can be very effective to improve patients satisfaction of nursing, so as to better cooperate with medical care behavior, promote the patient’s condition improved, is highly beneficial for patients, clinical application and dissemination.
