腹腔镜下左半肝切除术患者围手术期护理中快速康复外科理念的应用

目的:探讨腹腔镜下左半肝切除术患者围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念的临床效果。方法:选取我院肝胆外科在2015年7月-2016年7月时间段内收治的78例腹腔镜下左半肝切除术患者,按照随机的原则平均分成观察组和对照组,实施不同的护理干预措施,对比两组护理的临床效果。结果:观察组患者手术后恢复情况以及住院费用情况明显优于对照组,两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者护理满意度分别是97.44%和76.92%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组对比具有统计学意义。结论:在对腹腔镜下左半肝切除术患者实施围手术期护理的过程中,应用快速康复外科理念具有重要的价值,值得临床推广。

objective: to study the perioperative nursing in patients with laparoscopic left liver resection in the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery clinical effect. Selection methods: our hospital liver and gallbladder surgery in July 2015-July 2016 period patients of 78 cases of laparoscopic left liver resection, according to the principle of random divided into observation group and control group on average, implement different nursing intervention measures, compare the clinical effect of two groups of nursing. Results: the observation group of patients after surgery recovery and hospitalization cost was better than control group, compared the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05); Observation group and control group patients nursing satisfaction were 97.44% and 76.92%, respectively, the observation group was better than control group(P < 0.05), compared the two groups have statistical significance. Conclusions: in patients with laparoscopic left liver resection of perioperative nursing process, the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept has an important value, worthy of clinical promotion.
