护理干预在胆道镜术后患者的应用研究

目的:探究胆道镜术后患者加强护理干预后所存在的应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的胆道镜术后患者280例,且均在2015年12月-2016年12月入院,依随机分组标准分为观察组(140人)和对照组(140人)。给予对照组患者常规基础护理,加强对观察组患者的护理干预。从不良反应发生及护理满意度两方面入手,针对相关内容进行分析。结果:针对不良反应发生情况,观察组发生率(5%)显著低于对照组发生率(25%),两组之间存在明显差异(P<0.05);针对护理满意度情况,对照组满意度(80%)明显低于观察组满意度(100%),(P<0.05)。结论:胆道镜术后患者加强护理干预后所存在的应用价值显著,在提高护理满意度的同时,使不良反应发生率明显降低,存在一定推广价值。

Objective: to explore the postoperative choledochoscope after strengthening the nursing intervention in patients with existing application value. Selection methods: our hospital 280 cases of patients with postoperative choledochoscope, and in December, 2015-December 2016 hospital, according to randomized divided into observation group(140) and the control group(140) hospital, according to randomized divided into observation group(140) and the control group(140). Results: to solve the problem of adverse reactions occur, the observation group incidence rate(5%) was significantly lower than control group(25%), there exists significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05); Satisfaction for nursing satisfaction situation, control group(80%) was lower than that in group to observe the degree of satisfaction(100%),(P < 0.05). Conclusion: patients with postoperative choledochoscope to strengthen the existing application value significantly after nursing intervention, to improve nursing satisfaction at the same time, significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions, there exist certain promotion value.
