腹腔镜手术对早期子宫内膜癌的临床疗效评价

目的:探讨对子宫内膜癌患者通过腹腔镜手术进行治疗的方法和临床效果。方法:选取2015年4月至2016年4月我院收治的子宫内膜癌患者60例,随机分成两组,对30例对照组患者通过常规开腹手术进行治疗,对观察组30例患者通过腹腔镜手术进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者在手术各项指标及术后不良反应发生率(6.67%vs20.0%)两项内容的比较结果上均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对子宫内膜癌患者实施腹腔镜手术进行治疗的效果显著,且安全有效,值得临床进行推广。

Objective: to study by laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometrial cancer treatment method and clinical effect. Methods: to choose between April 2015 and April 2015 our hospital 60 patients with endometrial carcinoma, randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases of control group of patients treated by conventional laparotomy, the observation group of 30 patients were treated by laparoscopic surgery, to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results: the observation group of patients in surgery and postoperative incidence of adverse reactions to the indicators(6.67% vs20.0 %), two on the content of the comparison results were significantly better than the control group, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: the implementation of laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometrial cancer treatment effect is remarkable, and is safe and effective, worthy of clinical promotion.
