细节干预措施对消毒供应中心护理质量影响分析

目的:探究消毒供应中心通过细节干预后在护理质量方面产生的影响。方法:加强对消毒供应中心的细节护理干预。并针对护理前后护理质量评分及科室满意度情况,进行相关内容对比分析。结果:护理干预后护理质量评分情况明显优于护理前(P<0.05);护理干预后科室满意度(100%)明显优于干预前(80%),(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心通过细节干预后,在改善护理质量评分的同时,使科室满意度明显增高,存在推广价值。

Objective: to explore disinfection supply center through the details after the intervention in terms of quality of care. Methods: to strengthen the details of disinfection supply center nursing intervention. And for nursing care quality score and the performance before and after the satisfaction, compared the related content. Results: after nursing intervention nursing quality score is better than before(P < 0.05); Department satisfaction after nursing intervention(100%) is better than before intervention(80%),(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the disinfection supply center through the details after the intervention, at the same time of improving nursing quality score, make satisfaction significantly higher department, there is promotion value.
