穴位温灸法对分娩镇痛产妇尿潴留的预防作用研究

目的:探讨对分娩镇痛产妇实施穴位温灸的方法及其对预防尿潴留的临床效果。方法:选取2014年8月至2016年8月我院收治的分娩镇痛后的初产妇100例,随机分成两组,对50例对照组初产妇实施常规护理,对观察组50例初产妇实施综合穴位温灸,观察两组初产妇的尿潴留情况。结果:观察组初产妇在产后尿潴留发生率、产后首次排尿时间及膀胱残余尿量的比较结果上不均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对分娩镇痛初产妇实施产后穴位温灸法,可有效预防产后尿潴留,增加产妇舒适程度,值得临床进行推广。

Objective: to explore for labor analgesia maternal point temperature of the method and its clinical effect on the prevention of urinary retention. Methods: to choose between August 2014 and August 2016 of our hospital childbirth analgesia after primipara 100 cases, randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases of control group primipara implement routine nursing, observation group of 50 cases of primipara implement comprehensive acupuncture point wen jiu, observe two groups of mothers’ urinary retention. Results: the observation group of mothers for the first time in the incidence of postpartum urinary retention, postpartum urine bladder residual urine volume and time of the comparison results in uneven was better than control group, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: postpartum point temperature moxibustion for labor analgesia first-time mothers, to be effective in preventing postpartum urinary retention, increased maternal comfort level, worth clinical promotion.
