临床用药护理安全管理的做法与效果分析

目的:分析临床用药护理安全管理的做法与效果。方法:在2015年4月到2016年5月期间,我院共收治临床用药患者160例,将患者分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组是实施护理安全管理后,而对照组没有开展护理安全管理,每组患者80例,由本院主治医师和护理人员共同组成临床用药护理安全管理小组,根据护理中可能存在的问题进行观察,并创建专门药品管理制度,使各种药品得到有效规范,优化护理制度,创建有效的培训制度,观察两组患者用药错误率、用药缺陷以及药物过期情况。结果:通过对两组患者的分析发现,开展临床用药护理安全管理具有良好应用效果,并且在用药错误率、用药缺陷以及药物过期等方面均得到改善,而实验组各方面均优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对患者进行临床用药之前,开展护理安全管理工作,不仅能改善临床用药情况,而且还能使其具有较强的安全性,在临床治疗中,值得对其进行推广和使用。

Objective: to analyze the effect of nursing safety management and clinical practice. Results: through the analysis of two groups of patients were found to carry out the safety management of nursing care of clinical medicine has good application effect, and the rate of medication errors, medication and defects of expired drugs and other aspects were improved, while the experimental group was better than the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: before the clinical medication of patients, nursing safety management, not only can improve the clinical medication, but also it has strong security, in clinical treatment, worthy of promotion and use of them.
