病号裤改良后应用于CCU患者护理的效果观察

目的:探讨病号裤改良后在CCU患者护理的应用效果。方法:将改良后的病号裤应用于CCU患者。3257例入住CCU的患者,分为研究组和对照组。研究组使用改良后的病号裤,对照组使用普通病号裤。比较2组患者主观感受、护士主观感受介入术后伤口出血率的差异。结果:研究组与对照组之间性别、年龄、介入手术方式、介入伤口部位差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。研究组患者主观感受和护士主观感受明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:病号裤改良后使用方便,且取材容易,操作简便,值得推广应用。

Objective: to study the sick pants in CCU patients improved and application effect of nursing care. Methods: applying improved patient pants to CCU patients. 3257 cases in CCU patients, divided into research group and the control group. Team used improved patient pants, the control group using normal pants of the sick. Subjective feeling of subjective feeling compare 2 groups of patients, nurses involved in postoperative wound bleeding rate differences. Results: group and control group between sex, age, interventional surgery way, there was no significant difference were observed in the wound site(P > 0.05). Group patients subjective feeling and nurses subjective feeling was better than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the sick trousers improved ease of use, and made easy, easy to operate, is worthy of popularization and application.
