舒适护理对老年慢阻肺患者治疗疗效的影响

目的:研究舒适护理对老年慢阻肺患者治疗疗效的影响。方法:选取自2014年12月至2015年11月间在我院治疗的103例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,将患者分组后采用不同的护理方式进行治疗护理,并对患者的评价指标内容进行统计分析对比。结果:采用舒适护理的观察组患者的评价指标内容全部优于采用常规护理方式护理的对照组患者,比较差异值P<0.05,均有统计学意义。结论:对老年慢阻肺患者采用舒适护理能获得更好的治疗效果,同时也获得较高的护理认可,值得临床推广应用。

Objectives :to study the comfortable nursing for elderly patients with copd. Methods select since December 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital treated 103 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the research object, the patients with different nursing method after treated with care, and the content of the evaluation index for patients with statistical analysis comparison. Results using comfortable nursing observation group of patients with content of the evaluation index is better than the control group patients using conventional nursing way, comparing difference P < 0.05, all have statistical significance. Conclusion for elderly patients with copd using comfortable nursing can obtain better treatment effect, but also a higher nursing, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
