86例老年糖尿病患者应用个性化护理对治疗依从性的影响观察

目的:探究老年糖尿病患者应用个性化护理的临床效果,观察个性化护理对患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取我院在2015年9月至2016年9月间收治的老年糖尿病患者86例作为本次观察对象,按就诊时间从1-86编号,奇数号为对照组,实施常规护理,偶数号为观察组,实施个性化护理干预,对比两组护理的效果。结果:护理后观察组患者对治疗的依从性以及血糖值改善程度都明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组护理满意度分别是95.35%和76.74%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用个性化护理干预措施对老年糖尿病患者进行护理效果更佳,可以显著提高患者对治疗的依从性,值得临床实践应用。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of personalized nursing in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, and to observe the effect of personalized nursing on patient compliance. Methods: 86 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the observation object. Conclusion: Personalized nursing intervention is more effective in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, which can significantly improve the compliance of patients with treatment and deserve clinical practice.
