门诊注射室常见的护理安全问题及防范措施的浅析

目的:探讨分析门诊注射室常见的护理安全问题及防范措施。方法:将自2015年7月1日至2015年12月31日间在我院门诊进行注射治疗的5831例患者为研究对象,在对以往发生的门诊注射室常见护理安全问题进行总结分析,并制定相应的安全防范措施,对研究对象在治疗时加以应用,并对评价指标内容进行统计对比分析(实施前后)。结果:实施安全防范措施后患者的安全事件发生率为0.274%显著优于实施前的1.69%,P<0.05;护理人员的安全事件发生率为0.0343%显著优于实施前的0.152%,P<0.05。均有统计学意义。实施安全防范措施后患者的总满意率达98.99%。结论:在医院门诊注射室实施护理安全防范可以显著降低患者的注射安全问题,并可获得极高的治疗满意率;同时也极大降低护理人员的安全事件发生情况,具有极高的护理应用价值。

Objective:Analysis of common nursing safety problems and preventive measures in outpatient injection room.Method:From July 1, 2015 to 31 in days in our hospital for injection treatment of patients with the study for the object of the 5831,this paper summarized the common nursing safety problems of outpatient injection room in the past, and formulate appropriate safety precautions, application of the research object in treatment, and carries on the statistical contrast analysis to the appraisal target content(Before and after implementation).Result:After the implementation of safety precautions, the safety incident rate of patients was 0.274% significantly better than the implementation of the previous 1.69%,P<0.05;the safety incident rate of nurses was 0.0343%, which was significantly better than that before the implementation of the 0.152%,P<0.05;have statistical significance.after the implementation of safety precautions, the total satisfaction rate was 98.99%.conclusion:The implementation of nursing safety precautions in the hospital outpatient injection room can significantly reduce the patient’s injection safety, And can obtain very high treatment satisfaction rate,at the same time greatly reduce the safety incidents of nursing staff,has high nursing application value.
