快速康复外科护理对外科手术患者恢复效率及护理满意度的影响

目的:探讨快速康复外科护理对外科手术患者术后恢复效率及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年3月于我院普外科接受手术治疗的156例患者作为观察研究对象。根据患者住院期间接受的护理干预模式将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组72例患者接受常规住院Ⅱ级护理,观察组84例患者接受快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者术后康复效率及护理满意度等指标。结果:观察组患者首次排气时间、住院时间、住院总费用明显低(小)于对照组,并且观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患者围手术期护理总满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:外科手术患者围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科护理理念可有效缩短患者首次排气时间以及住院时间,降低患者医疗费用,对提高患者生活质量及护理满意度具有重要价值。

Objective: To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on the efficiency of recovery and nursing satisfaction of patients after surgery. Methods: 156 cases from January 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital department of general surgery surgery as the research object.
