甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效分析

目的:探究用甲硝唑栓结合雌激素软膏的治疗方法对老年性阴道炎的效果。方法:随机截选2015年2月到2016年3月之间的60例患者,采用随机法分为观察组与对照组,每组均为30例。其中对照组单纯以甲硝唑栓进行治疗,观察组以甲硝唑栓结合雌激素软膏进行治疗,随访观察12周,对比两组患者的疗效、复发率、有无不良反应。结果:12周后,对照组疗效显效17例(57%),其中痊愈5例,有效2例(7%),无效11例(37%);观察组疗效显效22例(73%),其中痊愈13例,有效4例(13%),无效4例(13%)。经过治疗两组患者的情况均有所改善,其中观察组的数据优于对照组,两组的数据有差异,有统计学意义。结论:临床应用甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏对于老年性阴道炎的治疗有着积极意义。

Objective:to analyze metronidazole suppository joint premarin ointment on the analysis of the curative effect of senile vaginitis. Methods: random section selected from February 2015 to March 2015 between 60 patients, divided into observation group and control group by random method, were 30 cases in each group. With the control group treated with metronidazole suppository, observation group was treated with metronidazole bolt joint premarin ointment, follow-up of 12 weeks, contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients, the recurrence rate, the presence of adverse reactions. Results: after 12 weeks, the control efficacy of 17 cases were markedly improved(57%), effective in 2 cases(7%), invalid 11 cases(37%). Observe curative effect of 22 cases were markedly improved(73%), 4 cases(13%), effective invalid 4 cases(13%). After treatment of two groups of patients were improved, the data of observation group is better than the control group, there are differences between the two groups of data, a statistical significance.
