支气管哮喘治疗中小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入的应用观察

目的:分析在支气管哮喘患者临床治疗中,小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入的临床应用疗效。方法:选取120例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,将所选患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各60例。对照组患者接受常规的药物治疗,治疗组患者则接受小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果与主要临床观察指标。结果:治疗组患者的临床治疗效果显著优于对照组患者,主要临床指标优于对照组,两组患者的数据经对比后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在支气管哮喘患者的临床治疗中,小剂量糖皮质激素布地奈德吸入具有良好的临床疗效,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of low dose of glucocorticoid and budesonide inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods:120 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as the research object. The selected patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each with 60 cases. The control group received routine drug treatment, the treatment group received a small dose of corticosteroids, budesonide inhalation treatment, compared the two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect and the main clinical indicators. Results:the clinical treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the main clinical indicators were better than the control group, the difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:in the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma, low dose of glucocorticoid, budesonide inhalation has good clinical efficacy, it is worth using.
