股骨粗隆间骨折手术并发症分析

目的:探讨股骨粗隆间骨折并发症的发生原因及避免措施;方法:选取我院2014年2月-2016年4月行内固定手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者182例,分析术后并发症的发生原因;结果:随访4-36个月,髋内翻、下肢缩短8例,"Z"字效应及中心移位6例,感染4例,血管损伤2例,股骨头坏死1例,内固定物远端骨折2例;结论:股骨粗隆间骨折术后并发症与多种因素相关,合理选择内固定物、规范操作、适当术后活动可有效降低并发症发生率。

Objective:to explore the intertrochanteric fracture cause complications and avoid measures; Methods:select our hospital in February 2014-April 2016 inline fixed surgery in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in 182 cases of patients, this paper analyzes the reasons of the occurrence of postoperative complications;Results:followed up for 4 to 36 months, 8 cases hip varus, lower limb shortening, 'Z' word effect and center shift 6 cases, infection in 4 cases, vascular injury in 2 cases, femoral head necrosis in 1 case, 2 cases of distal fracture of internal fixation; Conclusion:of intertrochanteric fractures of postoperative complications related with many factors, reasonable selection, specification of internal fixation operation, appropriate activities can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after surgery.
