检验科分析前质量控制的重要性和影响因素

随着医疗技术的不断发展,医学检验飞速发展的同时也面临着巨大的挑战。现代医学对疾病的诊断对医学检验的依赖程度越来越显著,因此准确可靠的医学检验结果在临床实践中具有十分重要的作用,同时,检验质量成为医院检验科生存发展的重要保证。临床检验主要分为分析前阶段、分析中阶段与分析后阶段,各个阶段的检验质量与检验结果都息息相关。从临床医生开出医嘱开始,到分析前检验程序启动时终止的步骤,包括检验申请、患者准备、原始样本采集、标本运送到实验室并在实验室内进行传输这一阶段称为分析前质量控制。据统计检验结果,有70%左右的误差出现在分析前。为保证检验质量,提高检验结果的准确性,检验人员和各个科室之间应对影响检验因素有全面系统的了解。本文对检验科分析前质量控制的影响因素进行分析发现,采血管的选择、药物、年龄和性别、生理周期及妊娠、昼夜节律、标本的运送、标本的接收和检验等均是影响检验质量的重要因素,因此,应加强检验科分析前质量控制,保证检验质量的准确性。
