乳果糖联合膳食纤维对介入术后肠功能恢复的影响

目的:探讨乳果糖联合膳食纤维对介入术后肠功能恢复的影响;方法:选取我院2014年3月-2016年3月收治并行介入治疗的肝癌患者60例为研究对象,比较观察组和对照组患者肠鸣音时间和排便时间,出现肠功能紊乱例数;结果:观察组患者和排便时间显著少于对照组,肠道功能紊乱发生率也显著低于对照组,P均<0.05;结论:乳果糖联合膳食纤维在有效的护理措施下可显著促进肠功能恢复,减少患者介入术后的痛苦,操作安全可靠,值得借鉴。

Objective:to investigate the correlation between the lactulose in combination with dietary fiber involved in the influence of the recovery of intestinal function; Methods:select our hospital in March 2014-March 2016 parallel interventional therapy of liver cancer patients with 60 cases as the research object, the observation group and control group were compared and defecation time, bowel sounds appear bowel dysfunction cases; Results:the observation group and defecation time significantly less than the control group, patients with intestinal dysfunction rate was also significantly lower than the control group, P < 0.05; Conclusion:lactulose joint dietary fiber under the effective nursing measures can significantly promote the bowel function recovery, reduce the pain of patients after interventional operation safe and reliable, is worth using for reference.
