中医综合护理在乳腺癌化疗的应用及效果

目的:探讨中医综合护理在乳腺癌化疗的应用及效果;方法:选取我院2015年4月-2016年5月接受乳腺癌化疗患者50例,观察组实施中医综合护理,对照组实施常规护理,观察两组患者心理状况,生活质量及护理满意度;结果:观察组SDS和SAS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05,观察组生活质量评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05,观察组满意度为96%,对照组为)76%,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05;结论:中医综合护理对乳腺癌化疗患者可明显改善其心理状况,提高生活质量和护理满意度,操作简单、安全,值得临床借鉴。
