摘要
目的:探讨老年患者超长期留置经鼻气管插管的护理方法。方法:对5年来我院超长期留置经鼻气管插管的60例老年患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:超长期留置经鼻气管插管的60例患者中有15例患者成功拔管,21例患者气管切开,24例患者死亡。总结了老年患者超长期留置经鼻气管插管的护理经验。结论:采取适当的护理措施可以推迟老年患者气管切开的时机,增加了患者拔管痊愈的机会。
Objective: To explore the nursing methods of elderly patients with indwelling endotracheal intubation. Methods: the clinical data of 60 elderly patients with long term indwelling endotracheal intubation in our hospital during the past 5 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 60 cases of patients with long term indwelling endotracheal intubation in the success of extubation in patients with 15 cases, tracheotomy in 21 cases, the death of 24 patients. Objective to summarize the nursing experience of elderly patients with indwelling endotracheal intubation. Conclusion: appropriate nursing measures can delay the timing of tracheotomy in elderly patients, and increase the chance of recovery.
