研究优质护理作用于中医科慢性疼痛患者66例的体会

目的:研究优质护理作用于中医科慢性疼痛患者66例的体会。方法:此次研究所选择的基本对象为2016年2月-2017年3月来我院中医科实施治疗的病患,共有66例,将他们按照入院治疗的先后顺序分为两组(A组与B组),给予A组的33例病患展开优质护理服务模式,给予B组的33例病患则展开常规护理,比较所有病患的整体护理情况。结果:比较A组与B组的护理满意情况,其中,A组病患的护理总满意度为96.97%,而B组为81.82%,差异显著,统计学有对比价值P<0.05。结论:在将优质护理服务模式运用于中医科慢性疼痛病患的治疗过程中能够帮助其提升生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective: To study the effect of high quality nursing on 66 patients with chronic pain in Department of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: the research object selected for the February 2016-2017 year in March in our hospital department of traditional Chinese medicine treated patients, there were 66 cases, they will be in accordance with the order of admission were divided into two groups(A group and B group), A group received 33 cases of patients on the high quality nursing service mode for B group of 33 patients on routine nursing, all patients overall nursing care. Results: the A group and B group of nursing satisfaction, in which, A group of patients with the total satisfaction of nursing care was 96.97%, while the B group was significantly different, with statistical value of P < < < < > >. Conclusion: the application of high quality nursing service model in the treatment of chronic pain patients in Department of traditional Chinese medicine can help to improve the quality of life, and has the value of clinical application.
