探讨集束化护理干预在维持性血液透析患者回归社会中的应用

目的:探讨集束化护理干预在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者回归社会中的应用效果。方法:将我院收治的维持性血液透析患者80例作为研究样本,随机分为干预组和常规组2组,每组各40例患者。干预组40例患者均进行集束化护理干预,常规组40例患者则进行临床常规护理,对比两组患者的护理效果及治疗依从性,生活质量,回归社会支持度满意度进行分析探讨。结果:干预组40例患者中,经临床治疗生活满意度评分平均为9.35,患者平均健康指数约14.26,本组患者的护理依从性良好率高达85.0%,社会回归1级占0.0.%,2级占22.5%,3级占55.0%,4级占22.5%;相比较常规组40例患者中,经临床治疗成活满意度评分平均为6.41,平均健康指数约为9.31,护理依从性良好率为70.0%,社会回归1级占15.0%,2级占50.0%,3级30.0%,4级占5.0%经统计学软件处理,得到组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理干预可显著提高患者的护理效果及治疗依从性,生活质量,回归社会支持度满意度值得进一步推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the effects of care bundles intervention in hemodialysis patients in returning to society. Methods: 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital were randomly assigned into experimental group(n=40) receiving care bundles intervention or control group(n=40) receiving routine clinical care. The nursing effect and the compliance with treatment of the two groups were analyzed and discussed. Results: Compared routine clinical care group, the care bundles group has a higher life satisfaction score(9.35 vs 6.41 p<0.05), higher average health index(14.26 vs 9.31 p<0.05), and better nursing compliance rate(85% vs 70% p<0.05). Conclusion: The care bundles intervention can significantly improve patient’s nursing effects and treatment compliance, worth further application.
