呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的集束化护理体会

目的:分析呼吸机相关性肺炎患者实施集束化护理的效果。方法:本次对象从我院2012年7月-2016年9月机械通气患者中挑选,按随机抽样法将100例分成两组,其中,干预组50例患者实施集束化护理,常规组50例患者实施基础化护理,统计两组患者的总体护理效果。结果:干预组患者的呼吸机相关肺炎的病发率少于常规组,护理满意率高于常规组,P<0.05,有区别。结论:临床给予呼吸机相关性肺炎患者集束化护理作用突出,可缩短通气时间,预防病症发生,提高护理质量,值得借鉴。

Objective: To analyze patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia implement cluster nursing effect.
