良性前列腺增生患者围手术期护理中亲情护理服务的应用

目的:探讨良性前列腺增生患者围手术期护理中亲情护理服务的应用效果;方法:选取我院2015年1月-2016年4月良性前列腺增生患者80例,观察组实施亲情护理模式,对照组实施常规护理模式,比较两组患者舒适度、术前睡眠时间、术后并发症及护理满意度;结果:观察组舒适度、术后并发症、术前睡眠时间及护理满意度均明显优于对照组,P<0.05;结论:良性前列腺增生患者围手术期应用亲情护理模式可提高患者的舒适度和护理满意度、降低并发症发生率,值得推广。

objective:to explore the perioperative nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and application effect of the family nursing service; Methods:from January 2015 to April 2015, 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, observation group to implement the family nursing mode in the control group routine nursing mode, comparing two groups of patients’ comfort, preoperative sleep time, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction; Results:observation group of comfort, postoperative complications, preoperative sleep time and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, P < 0.05;Conclusions:benign prostatic hyperplasia patients perioperative application of family nursing mode can improve patient comfort and care satisfaction, to reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of promotion.
