神经外科重症监护患者康复与预见性护理的关系分析

目的:探讨神经外科重症监护患者康复与预见性护理的关系;方法:选取我院2014年2月-2016年10月神经外科重症监护患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,比较两组患者住院时间和并发症发生率,护理满意度及患者自我生存能力;结果:观察组患者住院时间和并发症发生率显著低于对照组,而Barthel指数显著高于对照组,P均<0.05,观察组护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);结论:预见性护理模式可减小神经外科重症患者的并发症、缩短住院时间、提高患者独立生存的能力,操作安全可靠,值得借鉴。

objective:to investigate the neurosurgical intensive care patients recovery and the relationship between the predictive nursing; Methods:select our hospital in February 2014-in October 2016, 40 patients with neurosurgical intensive care, each 20 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, compared two groups of patients in hospital time and incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction and patient self survival ability; Results:the observation group of patients in hospital time and complication rate was significantly lower than control group, the Barthel index is significantly higher than the control group, P < 0.05, the observation group nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05);Conclusion:predictive nursing mode can reduce the neurosurgery patients with severe complications, shorten hospitalization time, improve the ability of independent survival in patients with, safe and reliable operation, and is worth using for reference.
