护理干预对海洛因成瘾合并肺结核患者负性情绪的影响

目的:研究分析海洛因成瘾合并肺结核患者通过高效护理干预对患者负面情绪的影响。方法:随机选取2016年7月～2017年1月在我院住院的患有海洛因成瘾合并肺结核患者114例,将其平均分成两组,即常规护理组和综合护理组。常规护理组的患者实施常规护理方案,包括监测生命体征、密切观察咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、气促发生情况,定期检查、遵医嘱用药。而综合护理组不但实施常规护理方案,外加优质、高效综合护理,采用人文关怀,细化心理护理、用药及饮食指导,制定个体化护理方案,然后比较两组患者在护理后的负性情绪、治疗效果及患者满意度。结果:两组患者通过干预后,常规护理组患者通过治疗,血液检验结核杆菌(TB-DNA)定性试验转阴时间为44.1±6.0日,患者满意度为81.5%,综合护理组患者通过治疗血液检验结核杆菌(TB-DNA)定性试验转阴为38.2±8.0日,患者满意度为96.5%,且通过综合优质护理,患者情绪较前稳定,性格较前开朗,沟通较前顺畅,治疗信心较前提升,抗结核治疗的依从性较干预前明显好转,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:运用综合护理干预能明显改善海洛因成瘾合并肺结核患者的不适症状,缓解负性情绪,改善抗结核治疗的依从性,以提高结核病的治愈率,减少传染源,继而提高患者生存质量。

Objective: This paper aims to study affective NursingIntervention to negative emotion of heroin addicted and TB Patients; method : random selection of 114 cases of patients who were taken in out hospital from July of 2016 to January of 2017 suffering from heroin addiction and late developed to TB disease and the 114 patients were classified into two groups, namely, normal nursing group and comprehensive group; normal nursing group were receiving normal nursing,including monitoring of vital signs,frequent observation of cough, expectoration,chest pain and shortness of breath, regular checkups, giving medicine following the doctors’ advice, while comprehensive group,in addition to receiving normal nursing,also receiving additionalquality comprehensive nursing,like humanistic care,individual mental nursing,direction of proper taking of medicine and food.Result: Comparison was conducted to negative emotion impact, treatment effect and satisfaction of the patients of the two different groups who received different nursing. Finding shows that normal group have a TB-DNA daily clinical clearance come up to 44.1±6.0 with satisfaction being 81.5%,and the comprehensive group have TB-DNA daily clinical clearance come up to 38.2±8.0 with satisfaction being 96.5%,and it also shows the comprehensive group are emotionally stable,open-hearted and easy-going with more confidence for treatmen;more compliant to anti-TB treatment with P<0.01.Conclusion: Application of comprehensive nursing intervention has obviously improved the uncomfortable symptom of heroin addicted and TB patients,relieving the patient’s negative emotion,as well as enhancing their compliance to anti-TB treatment,treatment rate of TB patients,minimizing the infection source and patients life quality has been improved.
