护理延伸对乳腺癌患者健康恢复的临床研究

目的:护理延伸对乳腺癌患者出院后健康恢复的临床效果研究。方法:将46例乳腺癌患者分为对照组和观察组各23例,对照组实施常规护理和健康恢复观察;观察组在对照组基础上成立延伸护理电话回访满意度调查统计。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率下降(P<0.01),对疾病相关知识掌握程度、治疗积极性、生活质量均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌患者实施延伸电话回访心理护理,对其积极应对疾病和早日康复具有促进作用。

Objective: nursing extends back to health of breast cancer patients after discharge the clinical effect of study.Methods: 46 patients with breast cancer were divided into control group and observation group, 23 cases in control group and routine nursing health recovery observation;Observation group in the control group was established based on extended nursing telephone satisfaction survey statistics.Results: the observation group of patients with postoperative complication rates decreased(P < 0.01), master degree of knowledge about diseases, treatment of enthusiasm, quality of life were improved(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion: the extension telephone return visit to the psychological nursing for patients with breast cancer, the positive response to disease and an early rehabilitation has a promoting effect.
