颅底肿瘤患者的围手术期护理体会

目的:探索颅底肿瘤患者围手术期的护理体会。方法:对21例颅底肿瘤手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其护理经验,并制定相应的护理措施。结果:颅底肿瘤切除术后主要并发症为嗅觉丧失、脑脊液鼻漏、颅神经症状、呼吸功能障碍、切口感染、出血等,采取针对性的护理措施可以预防和解决,本组病例无严重并发症出现。结论:颅底肿瘤手术风险较大,加强围手术期护理,可以减少并发症。

Objective: to explore perioperative nursing experience of skull base tumor patients. Methods: the clinical data of 21 patients with skull base tumor surgery were analyzed retrospectively, and summarize the nursing experience, and formulate the corresponding nursing measures. Results: the main complications after the tumor resection of the skull base for anosmia, cerebrospinal fluid leak, cranial nerve symptoms, respiratory dysfunction, infection of incision, bleeding, etc., corresponding nursing measures can prevent and solve, this group of cases without severe complications. Conclusion: the tumor of the skull base surgery risk, strengthen the perioperative nursing, can reduce the complications.
