间苯三酚在无痛宫腔镜检查中的临床应用

目的:探讨间苯三酚在无痛宫腔镜检查中术前用药软化宫颈的应用和临床价值。方法:回顾性分析在我科行无痛宫腔镜检查术的患者927例,经统计宫腔镜检查术前应用间苯三酚473例(实验组),术前30分钟小壶滴入,卡前列甲酯栓组454例(对照组),术前30分钟阴道后穹窿阴道上药。观察、比较两组用药后宫腔镜检查术的宫颈软化程度、手术时间、术中出血量、不良反应。结果:实验组比对照组用药后的宫颈软化程度、手术时间、术中出血量、不良反应率低。结论:间苯三酚在无痛宫腔镜检查术中宫颈软化程度好、缩短手术时间、术中出血量少、效果好且无明显不良反应,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective:to explore the phloroglucinol preoperative medication to soften the cervix in the painless hysteroscopy examination application and clinical value. Methods:in our department were retrospectively analyzed in 927 cases of patients with painless hysteroscopy examination, after statistics hysteroscopy examination 473 cases of preoperative application of phloroglucinol(experimental group), 30 minutes before a small drip pot, methyl card top bolt group 454 cases(control group), thirty minutes preoperative vaginal fornix after vagina medicine.Observation and comparison of the two groups after hysteroscopy examination of cervical softening degree, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, adverse reactions.Results:the experimental group than the control group after cervix softening degree, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, low rate of adverse reactions.Conclusion:phloroglucinol in painless hysteroscopy examination of cervical softening degree good, shorten the operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, good effect and no obvious adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
