综合护理干预对泌尿外科患者术后切口感染预防情况的研究

目的:探究分析综合护理干预对泌尿外科患者术后切口感染临床效果。方法:选自我院2015年10月～2016年10月收治的进行泌尿外科手术患者共72例,以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组各有患者36例。对照组患者接受常规护理方法,观察组患者则接受综合护理。对比两组患者的切口感染出现状况。结果:观察组患者出现切口感例数相对于对照组患者明显少很多,两者具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对泌尿外染科患者应用综合护理干预,能够有效预防出现术后感染性并发症的状况,减少患者痛苦,并促进医患之间的和谐关系,值得临床推广。

Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on incision infection of patients in Department of urology. Methods: from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital, 72 patients were admitted to the Department of Urology, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 36 cases. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care. Compared the two groups of patients with wound infection status. Results: in the observation group, the number of patients with incision was significantly less than that of the control group, and the two had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: dye in patients with comprehensive nursing intervention on urinary surgery, can effectively prevent infectious complications after operation, reduce the suffering of patients, and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
