糖尿病视网膜病变的眼科整体护理效果观察

目的:观察糖尿病视网膜病变采用眼科整体模式护理的效果。方法:选取2015年9月-2016年9月期间于我院接受诊治的58例糖尿病视网膜病变的患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为实验组及对照组,实验组应用整体护理模式护理患者,对照组则采用常规护理,护理后,观察比较两组患者血糖水平及视力水平,以此评价两种护理模式的效果。结果:护理前,两组患者的血糖水平及视力水平差异不大,P>0.05,无统计学意义;护理后,两组患者的血糖水平均有所下降,其中实验组患者的血糖水平明显优于对照组,实验组患者的视力水平明显优于对照组,组间数据差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:糖尿病视网膜病变采取眼科整体护理取得了良好效果,患者血糖水平明显降低,视力明显恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective: to observe the diabetic retinopathy with eye model the effect of nursing as a whole. Methods: selected during September 2015-September 2016 in our hospital to accept the diagnosis and treatment of 58 cases of diabetic retinopathy patients as the research object, the patients randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group applied the overall nursing mode of patients, control group using conventional care, nursing, compare two groups of patients with blood sugar levels and visual acuity level, to evaluate the efficacy of the two kinds of nursing mode. Results: before treatment, two groups of patients with blood sugar levels and level of vision difference, P > 0.05, no statistical significance; After care, the patient’s blood glucose levels were decreased in both groups, the experimental group patients was better than control group, the blood sugar levels of experimental group patients visual acuity level was better than control group, data significant difference between groups, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: diabetic retinopathy take an eye has obtained the good effect, holistic nursing care in patients with significantly lower blood sugar levels, eyesight recovered, worth clinical promotion.
