助产士的护理对产妇分娩质量的影响分析

目的:研究探讨助产士在产妇分娩的过程中护理对产妇分娩质量的影响。方法:选择2014年10月至2015年10月在我院分娩的产妇120例作为此次研究的对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,其中对照组产妇采取一般的入院护理,观察组产妇在常规护理的基础上由专门的助产士对其进行护理。观察两组产妇分娩的方式、总产程的时间、产妇出血量、以及新生儿窒息的情况。结果:由助产士专门进行护理的观察组产妇在总产程的时间、产妇的出血量、以及新生儿窒息等方面都比一般常规护理的对照组要好。结论:助产士在产妇的分娩过程中起到了积极的促进作用,能够有效减轻产妇的紧张压力,使产妇能够顺利分娩,减轻了产妇的出血量,产程时间以及新生儿窒息的情况,从而提高了产妇的分娩质量,值得去推广使用。

Objective: to study the midwife in the course of maternity care on the quality of the puerpera childbirth.Methods: choose 2014 October 2015 to October 120 cases in our hospital childbirth puerpera as the research object, each 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group take general hospital maternal care, observation group of mothers on the basis of conventional nursing care by special midwife to care.Observe the two groups of puerpera childbirth way, the total labor time, blood loss, maternal and neonatal asphyxia.Results: by the midwife specialise in maternal care group in the total labor time, maternal blood loss, and neonatal asphyxia were control group is better than conventional nursing.Conclusion: midwife in the process of childbirth puerpera has played a positive role in promoting, can effectively alleviate the strain of maternal, make mothers would be able to delivery, reduce the maternal blood loss, labor time and neonatal asphyxia, so as to improve the quality of maternal childbirth and is worth popularizing to use.
