龙葵氯仿及正丁醇提取物对荷lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤组织细胞周期调控相关蛋白、细胞凋亡及相关凋亡蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察龙葵氯仿及正丁醇提取物对荷lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤组织细胞周期调控相关蛋白、细胞凋亡及相关凋亡蛋白表达的影响。方法:搜集40只荷lewis肺癌小鼠,按照随机对照的原则,将小鼠划分为模型组、环磷酰胺组以及龙葵氯仿和正丁醇提取物高中低4大组,分别灌胃给药,观察小鼠肿瘤组织细胞的变化情况。结果:龙葵氯仿及正丁醇提取物能够抑制肿瘤增殖,可降低周期调控相关蛋白PCNA、P53的细胞阳性表达率,提高P21的阳性表达率、细胞的凋亡率和Bax蛋白阳性表达率,降低Bcl-2的阳性细胞表达率,P <0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论:龙葵氯仿及正丁醇提取物对荷lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤组织细胞具有抑制作用,对周期调控相关蛋白、凋亡细胞的蛋白表达均产生影响,可促进肿瘤组织的细胞凋亡。 Objective: to observe the nightshade chloroform and n-butanol extracts of Dutch lewis lung carcinoma in mice tumor tissue protein involved in cell cycle regulation, cell apoptosis and apoptosis related proteins expression.Methods: to collect only 40 Dutch lewis lung cancer in mice, according to the principle of randomized, controlled, could be divided into model group, the cyclophosphamide group mice and morel chloroform and n-butanol extracts including four groups, respectively, to fill the stomach, to observe the changes of the tumor cells in mice.These three results: chloroform and n-butanol extract can inhibit tumor proliferation, can reduce of PCNA and P53 protein involved in cell cycle regulation positive expression rate, improve the positive expression rate of P21, cell apoptosis rate and Bax protein positive expression rate, decrease the rate of positive cells expression of Bcl-2, P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: black nightshade chloroform and n-butanol extracts of Dutch lewis lung cancer can inhibit tumor cells in mice, the apoptotic cells cycle regulation related protein and the protein expression of impact, can promote the apoptosis of tumor tissue.
