白内障患者手术实施护理配合对其治疗效果及生存质量的影响分析

目的:观察白内障患者手术实施护理配合对其治疗效果及生存质量的影响。方法:随机选取我院2016年12月至2017年5月400例白内障患者为本次实验研究对象,所有患者均给予白内障超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术,根据患者手术实施护理配合模式不同将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,200例患者实施常规手术护理配合模式(即为对照组),200例患者实施系统化手术护理配合模式(即为观察组),比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗过程中并发症发生率明显低于幅明显优于对照组(2.0%vs5.5%),观察组患者治疗后视力功能指数(VF-14)量表明显优于对照组,两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于白内障患者在规模化白内障超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术的同时给予优质化手术护理配合能降低患者术后角膜水肿、虹膜损伤、前房出血等并发症发生率。

Objective: To observe the implementation of nursing care of patients with cataract surgery on the treatment effect and quality of life. Methods: Randomly selected in our hospital from December 2016 to May 2017, 400 cases of cataract patients as the study object, all patients were given phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in patients with surgical therapy, according to the nursing mode of different patients were divided into control group and observation group, 200 cases of patients with routine nursing mode(i.e. for the control group), 200 patients of the implementation of nursing model system(the observation group), two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results: the view Observation group of patients during the treatment of complications were significantly lower than the amplitude was significantly better than the control group(2.0%vs5.5%), the observation group after treatment in patients with visual function index(VF-14) scale was significantly better than the control group, two groups of data with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: for the patients with cataract in scale small incision surgical treatment given quality surgical nursing can reduce postoperative corneal edema, iris injury, hyphema and other complications.
