子宫内膜异位症患者切除术后妇科千金片对临床疗效及生活质量的影响分析

目的:研究子宫内膜异位症患者切除术后妇科千金片对临床疗效及生活质量的影响分析。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年5月于我院就诊的共94例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=42例)和研究组(n=52例)。其中对照组患者采用孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,而研究组患者采用妇科千金片治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分及用药安全性。结果:对照组患者的治疗总有效率为73.81%,明显低于研究组患者92.31%,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前性行为异常、性心理、性高潮、性唤起、性欲、BISF加权分值等生活质量评分对比无显著性差异(P>0.05).研究组患者治疗后性行为异常、性心理、性高潮、性唤起、性欲、BISF加权分值等生活质量评分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05),且两组患者治疗后各生活质量评分指标均明显高于各自治疗前(P<0.05)。研究组患者的SF-36生活质量评分,评分指标明显高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗期间出现2例潮观,1例阴道出血,2例轻微胃肠反应,不良反应发生率为11.90%;研究组患者治疗期间出现1例头晕,1例轻微胃肠道反应,不良反应发生率为3.85%,两组患者的不良反应发生率对比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者治疗中妇科千金片有显著的临床疗效,对术后生活质量有显著提高,且具有较高的生活质量。

Object : To explore the effect of Fuke Qianjin Tablets on clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with endometriosis uterina post-operation. Methods : Select 94 patients with endometriosis uterina post-operation of our hospital between February 2015 and May 2016, they were randomly divided into two groups called control group(n=42 cases) and research group(n=52 cases) according to digital table method. The patients of control group were treated by gestrinone capsules, while the patients of research group were treated by Fuke Qianjin Tablets. Compare clinical curative effect,postoperative quality of life and adverse reactions of two groups. Results : The clinical curative effect rate of control group was 73.81%, was much less than research group 92.31%(P<0.05).Conclusion : Fuke Qianjin Tablets have significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of endometriosis uterina, can also improve the quality of life after surgery.
