舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的干预效果

目的:探究普外科腹腔镜手术中运用舒适护理后取得的临床成效。方法:选取我院进行普外科腹腔镜手术患者80例,且均在2014年1月-2016年6月入院,依随机分组标准分为观察组(40人)和对照组(40人)。对照组和观察组分别为常规基础护理和舒适护理。从护理满意度及不良反应发生方面入手,针对相关内容进行分析。结果:对照组满意度(80%)低于观察组(100%),(P<0.05);在不良反应发生方面,观察组发生率(5%)显著低于对照组发生率(25%),两组之间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:普外科腹腔镜手术中运用舒适护理后取得的临床成效显著,在提高患者对护理工作满意度的同时,使不良反应发生率明显降低,存在一定推广价值。

Objective: to explore the general surgery after laparoscopic surgery using comfortable nursing in the clinical results. Methods: to choose our general surgery, 80 patients with laparoscopic surgery, and in January 2014-June 2016 hospital, according to randomized divided into observation group(40) and the control group(40). The control group and observation group respectively for the care and comfort care on a regular basis. From the aspects of nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions occur, analysis on the related content. Satisfaction results: control group(80%) is lower than the observation group(100%),(P < 0.05); In terms of adverse reactions occur, observation group incidence rate(5%) was significantly lower than control group(25%), there exists significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: general surgery after laparoscopic surgery using comfortable nursing in the clinical effective in improving patients to nursing job satisfaction at the same time, significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions, there exist certain promotion value.
