开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿与传统颌骨囊肿刮治术的临床治疗效果的对比分析

目的:分析开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿与传统颌骨囊肿刮治术的临床治疗效果的对比分析。方法:选取我院2013年9月～2016年10月收治的颌骨囊肿患者120例作为研究对象,将120例患者随机分为两组,其中实验组患者有60例,对照组患者有60例。实验组患者采取开窗减压手术进行治疗,对照组患者采取传统的颌骨囊肿刮治术进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和进行手术的情况。结果:研究发现,实验组患者的手术时长,手术中的出血量,手术后疼痛情况和出现感染的几率明显低于对照组,P〈0.05表示统计学有意义。实验组患者的术后复发率和神经性并发症明显低于对照组,P〈0.05表示统计学有意义。同时,实验组患者囊腔体积缩小的程度和骨质增生的厚度以及骨密度变化明显高于对照组,P〈0.05表示统计学有意义。结论:为颌骨囊肿患者采取开窗减压手术的治疗,预后良好,减少了复发率和并发症的发病率,治疗效果远远高于颌骨囊肿刮治术,值得在临床大力推广应用。

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of craniotomy with craniotomy in the treatment of jaw cysts and traditional jaw cysts. At the same time, the degree of cyst volume reduction and the thickness of bone hyperplasia and bone mineral density in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion: The treatment of patients with jaw cysts underwent decompression surgery, the prognosis is good, reducing the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications, the treatment effect is much higher than the jaw cyst curettage, it is worth to promote the clinical application.
