15例单绒毛膜双胎的三胎减胎术后妊娠结局分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨含单绒毛膜双胎的三胎中行一胎减灭术后的妊娠结局。方法:回顾性分析本中心2014-2016年期间15例IVF-ET助孕后行减胎术的单绒毛膜双胎的三胎患者的临床资料。将此15例患者分成2组A组:9例行单卵双胎中一胎减胎术;B组:6例行单卵单胎减胎术。结果:两组患者均一次减胎成功。A组:3例单绒毛膜双胎中另一胎存活,双胎活产,1例虽早期单绒毛膜双胎中另一胎存活,但发生中期双胎流产;5例发生单绒毛膜双胎中另一胎自然减灭,仅留单卵单胎存活,其中2例单胎活产,1例早孕胚停清宫,2例中期流产。B组:2例双胎活产,4例发生中期流产。结论:A组约55.56%(5/9)会发生自然减胎,流产率44.44%(4/9),分娩率55.56%(5/9)。B组流产率66.67%(4/6),顺利分娩2例。含单绒毛膜双胎的三胎妊娠早期,实施经阴道超声引导下单卵双胎中一胎减胎术较行单卵单胎减胎术是更安全、可行的。
