神经内科重症监护室中音乐护理的应用观察

目的:分析音乐护理在神经内科重症监护室的应用效果。方法:研究对象为我院神经内科重症监护室2015年11月-2016年11月收治的90例患者。根据随机方法划分为对照组(采用常规护理方法)和研究组各45例(在常规基础上添加音乐护理方法)。对两组最终的护理效果进行分析和对比。结果:研究组的护理总体满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理质量评分以及精神状态评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对神经内科重症监护室患者采用音乐护理方法,有利于患者病情恢复。

Objective: to analyze music and application effect of nursing in neurology intensive care unit. Methods: the object of study for the department of neurology intensive care unit in November 2015-2016 of 90 patients admitted in November. According to the method of random divided into control group(the conventional nursing methods) and group 45 cases each(on the basis of conventional nursing methods add music). Analyze the effect of two groups of ultimate care and contrast. Results: the nursing team overall satisfaction higher than that of control group(P < 0.05); Team nursing quality evaluation as well as the mental state is better than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the neurology intensive care unit patients using music nursing methods, is helpful to patients recovery.
