综合护理干预对泌尿外科手术患者术后疼痛的影响

目的:研究综合护理干预对泌尿外科手术患者术后疼痛的影响。方法:选取2015年5月至2016年6月期间我科收治的82例行泌尿外科手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组患者给予一般护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加用综合护理干预。对比2组患者护理后的疼痛程度及护理满意度的评分情况。结果:观察组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组,且护理满意度评分(85.67±8.94分)高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:采用综合护理干预,可有效缓解泌尿外科手术患者的术后疼痛,护理效果显著。

Objective:to study the comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain uropoiesis surgical patients. Method:selection in May 2015 to June 2016 of 82 admitted in our department during routine urinary surgery patients as the research object, its were randomly divided into observation group and control group, all the 41 cases. Control group patients give general nursing intervention, on the basis of the observation group in the control group used the comprehensive nursing intervention. Compare two groups patients after nursing level of pain and nursing satisfaction ratings. Results:postoperative pain degree of observation group was obviously lower than the control group, and nursing satisfaction score(85.67 + 8.94) higher than the control group, P < 0.05). Conclusion:comprehensive nursing intervention, which can effectively alleviate urinary surgery in patients with postoperative pain, nursing effect is remarkable.
