预见性护理程序在脑出血护理中的应用效果分析

目的:讨论预见性护理程序在脑出血护理中的应用效果。方法:本次观察将选取84名脑出血的患者,将会随机把患者分成观察组与对照组,每组42例。用预见性护理程序和常规护理程序的作为观察组;对照组采用常规护理程序,两组其余护理方法一致,观察两组患者的应用效果和满意程度,进行整理分析得出结果。结果:两组患者分别在预见性护理程序配合常规护理程序和常规护理程序护理后,观察组应用有效率为88.09%,对照组应用有效率为78.57%,两组比较差异较大,经计算得出(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:对于脑出血护患者的护理中,应用预见性护理程序配合常规护理程序护理效果显著,并且能够有效提高患者恢复程度,容易使患者接受,具有进行广泛的临床应用价值。

Objective: to discuss the application of predictive nursing program in cerebral hemorrhage nursing effect.Methods: the observation will select 84 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, will be randomly divided the patients into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group.With foresight and conventional nursing process of the nursing process as observed group;Control group using conventional nursing process, two groups of the rest of the nursing methods are consistent, observe the application effect of two groups of patients and satisfaction, to analysis the results.Results: two groups of patients, respectively, in predictive nursing procedure with routine nursing procedures and routine nursing care, observation group application effective rate was 88.09%, the control application effective rate was 78.57%, two groups of comparison difference is bigger, the calculated(P < 0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion: for patients with cerebral hemorrhage nursing care, the application of predictive nursing program with routine nursing care, and can effectively improve patient recovery, easy for patients to accept, it has broad clinical application value.
